• Overhaul measures include hardening and grinding of all bed guideways, grinding of the tailstock guideways, overhauling entire bed and cross-slide unit, renewing sliding surface of the cross-slide, renewing or re-coating wedge rails and undergrips, replacing all wipers and belts, grinding and replacing bearings of the main spindle

• Renewing x-axis and z-axis including bearings, overhauling tailstock spindle and bore, replacing the main spindle motor (gear motor), checking auxiliary motors (x- and z-axis), installing current safety devices, replacing rotary, tilt, and limit switches

• Replacing spindle and handwheel encoders, replacing movable cables and coolant hoses, replacing central lubrication system, renewing energy chains, painting according to specifications, assembly and geometric acceptance of the machine according to din 8605

• The customer can choose between the two tool systems: multifix size b or parat size 2

• The tool system is included in the price and is installed as new. The chuck is a good used one and is also included.
